OUR INSIGHTS
Our research aims to amplify BIPOC young adult voices through a rigorous insights collection process with the goal of adopting equitable practices. By doing so, systems can begin–to not only expand to include the “jobs of today and tomorrow,” but also ensure scalability that supports regional needs while addressing the holistic needs of young adults.
