The Future at Work Summit is a unique hiring fair and professional development experience for young adults and community members. This signature LeadersUp event is focused on ending the youth unemployment crisis by offering the chance for job seekers to interview and get hired on-the-spot by our employer partners.
Volunteers are needed to help encourage and support the 1,000 young people that will be attending each summit. It is important that our young people meet you. You are one of the inspiring adults in our community that care about their success.
Support with registering young adults for job interviews
Participating in mock interviews to help young adults prepare
Providing support with creating and/or updating resumes
Being a greeter and supporting young people with navigating the summit
Volunteers can determine their own schedule. Volunteers are encouraged to stay for 2 to 4 hour shifts (whole day shift are available).
Each Future at Work Summit is from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
